My girlfriend and I attended a wedding reception at a private residence in the Monterey area that was catered by Ron Benedetti Catering. Ron and his staff know exactly how to awaken your taste buds. The meal they prepared exceeded all expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Ron was an absolute delight. We were thrilled, and hope we get a chance to enjoy their catering again! The food was beyond amazing and the cobbler was absolutely delicious. Everything was made from scratch, and the guests could not stop raving about it. The Risotto was incredible, and the appetizer plates paired with some fantastic Monterey County wines was out-of-this-world!

"Ron Benedetti catered lunch following my mother's memorial service. It was a rough time for my family and I emotionally. Ron was sensitive to our needs and came up with a delicious meal. Ron prepared two different pasta dishes....a chicken Alfredo and a penne with meat sauce. Both were absolutely delicious. The pasta was served with a fresh chopped green salad, a beautiful fruit salad and a variety of bread rolls. We received many compliments on how great the food was. Ron and his crew showed up on time and prepared everything fresh on scene. When the guests departed they cleaned everything up and left the church kitchen spotless. I will definitely call Ron for any future catering needs."

I have had the great opportunity to try Ron's food and words cant describe how good it was. I recently was at a beautiful wedding he catered and I noticed no salt and pepper shakers on the tables and was wandering why, but after tasting his food I now understood why there wasn't. His food is so tasty and perfectly seasoned. He takes a lot of pride in his food and it definately shows by how fabulous it was by appearance and taste.
